This homemade dark chocolate recipe is healthy, easy and decadent! It’s the perfect dark chocolate treat – nutty, rich, packed with healthy fat and fiber and the prep time is only in 10 minutes!
All you need is Just 5 ingredient and it Paleo friendly, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Refined Sugar-Free.

⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup cocoa/cacao powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup, or other sweeteners like xylatol or stevia
2 dashes salt
4 tablespoons shelled pistachios – chopped
1. Melt coconut oil, and whisk in maple syrup or sweetener of your choice, salt, and cocoa/cacao powder until smooth.
2. Stir in chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.
3. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.
4. Store in fridge or freezer to avoid melting.

Tip: Substitute other seeds, chopped nuts, or dried fruit instead of the almonds if you wish.
